1. Warranty Disclaimer and Title

ITConsultantsPR, Inc. expressly disclaims all warranties, either express or implied, including the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. This disclaimer does not affect the terms of the manufacturer's warranty, if any. Title to goods is retained by ITConsultantsPR, Inc. until payment is received in full, at which time title passes to the purchaser.

For products intended for export, the purchaser must obtain all required Federal Government export documentation. Manufacturer warranties for exported goods may vary or be null and void. ITConsultantsPR, Inc. liability is limited solely to the products purchased.

2. General Terms and Policies

  • Prices and product availability may be adjusted due to errors, changing market conditions, product discontinuation, or typographical errors in advertisements.
  • ITConsultantsPR, Inc. is not responsible for manufacturer price changes, which may occur without notice.
  • Monitors are not included with computer systems unless specified.
  • Internet order confirmations are automatic and may be adjusted before shipment due to the reasons above.
  • Keep all packing materials and documentation in case the product needs service or return.

3. Product Returns

ITConsultantsPR, Inc. adheres to all manufacturer warranty and return policies. All product returns must be processed with a Return Materials Authorization Number (RMA #). NO returns will be accepted without an RMA #.

  • RMAs are valid for 15 days only and cannot be extended or re-issued.
  • Certain manufacturers (Compaq, IBM, Toshiba, Hewlett Packard, Apple) may not accept returns. DOA or defective products must be returned to an authorized service center.
  • ITConsultantsPR, Inc. may update this list based on manufacturer policy changes or product special orders.

4. How to Obtain an RMA #

To obtain an RMA #:

  1. Submit the online RMA request form via itcpr.com under the Customer Service tab. Your request will be reviewed by Customer Service.
  2. Call Customer Service at (787) 520-7121 and select option 3. A representative will provide an RMA # and answer questions.
  3. Provide customer name, invoice number, serial number, and a description of the issue when requesting the RMA.

5. Non-Returnable Products

  • Discontinued items
  • Special order items
  • Literature
  • Products for which manufacturers do not accept returns
  • Items not purchased through ITConsultantsPR, Inc Corporate Solutions
  • Products modified by the Configuration Center
  • Open units, units requiring reboxing, or units in unsuitable resale condition
  • Closeout, remanufactured, or refurbished products
  • Products revised without a new manufacturer part number

6. Return Requirements

  • Returns must be 100% complete, including all original boxes, packing material, blank warranty cards, accessories, and documentation.
  • Incomplete returns may be returned to sender or incur a restocking fee up to 20%.
  • Clearly mark each package with the RMA #. DO NOT WRITE ON THE MANUFACTURER'S BOX.
  • Use a reputable shipping carrier capable of proof of delivery and insure shipments properly.

7. Reporting and Timeline

  • Technical questions: contact Technical Support at (787) 520-7121.
  • Defective or DOA products: report to Customer Service within 21 days of invoice. Repairs, replacements, or credits will follow manufacturer warranties.
  • Order discrepancies: report shortages, mislabeled, damaged, or overages within 5 business days of receipt.
  • Non-defective returns: report within 5 business days. Restocking fees up to 20% may apply.
  • Software returns: only unopened software or CDs are accepted. NO open software returns.
  • Customers bear shipping costs and risk of loss. ITConsultantsPR, Inc. will credit one-way shipping for returns caused by ITConsultantsPR errors.
  • Returns beyond 21 days may be accepted at ITConsultantsPR's discretion and credited toward future purchases only.
